Any work will be quoted based on an hourly rate (minimum charge 1 hour), with an optional capped amount. If the final amount is less than what was quoted, then you will be charged only the lesser amount.

Training
The first education session, directly relating to the work carried out by Excel Expertise Ltd, is free of charge. During this session, the user will only be shown how to use the spreadsheet’s new functionality, from a user’s perspective, not how to modify or change functionality.
We offer flexible one-to-one or group training sessions which will be charged at £330 + VAT per person for a 3 hour morning or afternoon session or £120 + VAT per person per hour (payable in advance), plus travelling expenses and travel time, where applicable. For on-site training, a minimum charge of £660 per day (excluding expenses) outside of a 30 mile radius from our office, applies

Expenses
No travel charges applicable if your location is within a 10-mile radius from our office. Any other travel will be charged at 45p per mile (or the cost of public transport), plus my current hourly rate per hour, or part thereof for total travel time. Plus accommodation and other expenses (where applicable). Minimum overall charge of £540 outside of a 100 mile radius (for normal consultations) or £600 per day outside of a 30 mile radius (for training), from our office.
Prices are exclusive of VAT.
However, the majority of the work can be carried out remotely, at no additional charge.
